Since 1969 we have been rebuilding shaft mounted rocker arms for gas, diesel, and industrial engines, this includes cam followers and motorcycles.  If it is a shaft mounted rocker system we can rebuilt! Over the years we have worked with many well known other makers of rocker arms and engine builders, like Stage V, Manton, Carol Shelby, Steve Serr, John Mummert, and the list goes on. We also reface lifters and re-radius cam followers.  Need push rods, we have some of those also. HOW IT WORKS.  In a nut shell you send in your core and we send you a rebuilt assembly back. SHAFTS - Typically we centerless grind the shafts down, hard chrome plate the shafts, and centerless ground the shaft to the correct shaft size.  Each shaft has 4-5 thousandths of hard chrome on the sides for a total of 8-10 thousandths of hard chrome.  Not all shafts get chroming, if the rockers are stamped steel, we can not hard chrome plate the shafts. ROCKER ARMS - After the rocker arms are cleaned we tumble them to reduce any stress risers that may have been created over the years.  The rocker arms are bored out and bronze bushings are made to made to match the bore of the rocker arms and honed to match the diameter of the hard chrome plated shaft.  Not all rocker arms get bushed, if they are stamp steel or don’t have enough thickness we don’t bore the arms and hard chrome plate the shafts.  In addition, some motors just don’t need to have bushed rocker arms. STANDS - Through over years of rebuilding rocker arms we have stock on many stands.  Although it may not be shown on the site, if we rebuild it, we have the parts for it. SCREWS - We have both new and used screws for the adjustable assemblies.  Call if you broke an adjustment screw, we might just have what you are looking for. PIECES and PARTS - Give us a call, we might have what you are looking for, we have an 8,000 square fool building with lots of pieces and parts that we have acquired over 40 years. CUSTOM ROCKER ARMS - Through the past 40 years we have worked on many “odd ball” motors to extreme 1.92 intake ratios on our HEMI 392 Billit Aluminum rocker arms to a 1939 Willy’s head that only 5 sets were made. HIGH RATIO - Looking for a higher ratio on your rocker arms to help give you a little more power, give us a call many rocker arms can be converted to increase the ratio. HEMI 426 and HEMI 392 - Tired of broken adjustable push rods on you HEMI, you can get a rebuilt assembly and we can convert them to adjustable at the same time. HARD FACING - Hard facing worn down on your rockers (including motorcycles), no problems, we can build them back up, hard face them, and re-radius them for you. PUSH RODS - We have push rods in stock for some of the hard to find items.  We racing applications or custom push rods we use Smith Brother’s.  Order the push rods from us when you get your assembly rebuilt and get a discount!
